About Me

Kevin Broadrick is an Associate Broker at Slifer Smith and Frampton Real Estate who specializes in residential and commercial real estate in Summit County, Park County, and Leadville, CO. Kevin's office is located in the main plaza of River Run Village at Keystone Resort.

Born and raised in Athens, GA, Kevin grew up with a passion for outdoor activities which eventually led him to Summit County, CO in 2007. The Rocky Mountains and friendly community immediately grew on him, and it did not take long for Kevin to realize that he had found his PARADISE. That foundation only grew stronger when he met his wife Susan, and now they are both fortunate to call Summit County their home along with their two sons, Bryce and Barrett.

Education & Past Work Experience

Kevin graduated from Berry College in 2006 with a degree in Business Management/Finance. After moving to Summit County in 2007, his first job was working for the maintenance division of a local property management company. From there, he decided to take a job with the Summit Association of Realtors where he became the MLS Director. Throughout the years working with the Summit Association of Realtors, he became very involved and interested in the Real Estate community.  He has served in leadership positions through his local association, and was President of Summit MLS, Inc. in 2018.
